Instructions for Meeting Viewing and Participation
1. Participant's legal name must be used for participation in meeting.
2. Upon launching meeting, you will be placed in a waiting room.
3. The host will admit you to the meeting.
4. You will be automatically placed on mute by the host upon entering the meeting.
5. After in-person comment has completed, remote comment will be open.
6. Please select the "raise hand" option to alert the host that you would like to speak.
7. The host will call on the participant to speak and remove them from mute.
8. Public comment is limited to 4 minutes per person.
9. Participant will be placed on mute upon completion of their comment.
