The Lind Planning Commission will hold it's regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lind Town Hall, N1315 County Road A, Waupaca, WI.  This meeting and all other meetings of the Planning Commission are open to the public.

The Town of Lind Board will hold it's regular monthly meeting on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lind Town Hall, N1315 County Road A, Waupaca, WI 54981.  This meeting and all other meetings of the Board are open to the public.

The Town of Lind enacted Cemetery Ordinance 2021-1 on April 12, 2021.   The Town of Lind amended Cemetery Ordinance No. 2021-1 to 2021-1A to be adopted February 13, 2024.  
This Ordinance is to enhance the beauty, regulate the construction, manage the operation and platting of cemeteries and the burial of human corpses and other cemetery uses and actviities in the Town of Lind, Waupaca County.  
The amended changes included definitions to match State Statutes; platting; purchase of lots/grave spaces; monuments and markers; perpetual care; trees, shrubs…

As of June 1, 2024 per Wis. Statute 985 all Town of Lind notices, agendas, etc will be posted only on the Town website; the notice board at main entrance of the Town Hall; and, if required, in the local paper. 
We will be removing the notice boards located at N1298 County Road X, Weyauwega and E3677 S. Appletree Lane, Waupaca as of July 1, 2024.
