Special Board Meeting to Adjourn into Closed Session

NOTICE:
The Town of Lind Board will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 5:45 p.m. and adjourn to Closed Session at 6:00 p.m. Meeting will be at the Lind Town Hall, N1315 County Road A, Waupaca, WI.
We will vote to enter into closed session for board consideration of the following items: Pursuant to WI Statutes 19.85(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or likely to become involved. Re: Waupaca County Planning and Zoning Committee proposed updates to its zoning ordinances Section 6.10.12 and Table 5 and 5.1 in regard to Manure Co-Digesters.
The Board anticipates adjourning in closed session to conclude the meeting.
