PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
TOWNSHIP OF LIND WAUPACA COUNTY
The Township of Lind will hold a public hearing to consider approval of an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan, and changes to the Preferred Land Use Map. The purpose of the Amendment and Map Change is to rezone from agriculture retention to rural commercial general Parcel number 12-07-12-29, physical address E2793 Crystal Road, Waupaca.
The Town Board shall meet and hold a public hearing to consider this Amendment at a special Town Board meeting on Thursday, March 26th, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Lind Town Hall, located at N1315 County Road A, Waupaca.Copies of the Comprehensive Plan or Amendment are available for inspection prior to the hearing by contacting Ryan Brown, Planning & Zoning Director, at 715-258-6258 during normal business hours (8:00am – 4:00pm). Written comments will also be accepted at the Lind Town Hall until Thursday, March 26th, 2026, at 5 p.m.
