Public Hearing Notice


The Town of Lind Board will hold a Public Hearing to consider approval of an Ordinance adopting an amendment to the comprehensive plan, based on the 10-year review, to implement Farm Preservation as part of the comprehensive plan.  The Town Board shall meet and hold a public hearing to consider this amendment at a specal Town Board meeting on Monday, August 19, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lind Town Hall, located at N1315 County Road A, Waupaca.  At close of the Public Hearing, the Board will convene to its regular monthly meeting.   

Copies of the plan or amendment are available for inspection prior to the hearing by contacting Ryan Brown, Planning and Zoning Director, at 715-258-6258 during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.). Written comments will also be accepted at N1315 County Road A, Waupaca until Friday, August 16, 2024 until 4:00 p.m.
