Stecks Road Reconstruction Project

We have been informed by American Ashpalt that the reconstruction project of Stecks Road may begin with the pulverizing of the current surface as early as May 8th or 9th. This project includes removal of approx 10 trees that are in current right-of-way; pulverizing current surface and blending it with additional base material to a depth of approx 8"; replacing two culverts under the road and possible addition of 2 driveway culverts; new ashpalt to be laid in two lifts to a width of 20'; materials added for 2' shoulders. Flag and Flag Pole at Town Hall

A new telescoping flag pole, and flags, has been donated to the Town of Lind by resident Brian Bodoh. It will be installed as soon as the weather allows. Thank you so much for your gracious donation, Brian!
The flag and flag pole at the Lind Town Hall will be down until an undetermined date. The flag pole is not functioning and we are unable to repair it at this time. A new pole will be ordered and put in place as soon as possible. Replacement of the pole involves removal of the old pole entirely and redigging and cementing…
