The Township of Lind will hold a public hearing to consider approval of an application submitted by Brooks Farms Dairy, LLC for amendment to the comprehensive plan, and a recommendation to the County to amend the Zoning Map from Agricultural Enterprise to Rural Industrial Intensive.  The purpose of the amendment and map change is to change the land use designation of approximately 7.8 acres of parcel 12-09-43-1 and remove same acres from Farmland Preservation.   

The Town Board shall meet and hold a public hearing, immediately followed by a special Board meeting to consider these amendments on February 28, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at the Waupaca High School, located at E2325 King Road, Waupaca, WI 54981.  Public comments will be limited to 3 minutes per person.
